Yes. Travel within 25 miles of Los Angeles is free. Beyond that, standard mileage or travel fees apply.
Yes. We serve all of Southern California, the United States, and international locations. Travel outside LA County may require mileage, accommodation or per diem fees.
Most clients book 2–4 weeks ahead. For brand stories or larger productions, 4–8 weeks is recommended.
We offer one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your production date. Cancellations within 48 hours of filming may incur additional fees.
Yes. Many clients batch several videos into one session to maximise value and reduce cost.
Yes. Every project includes a planning call to discuss concepts, shot lists, messaging and visual style. Full creative development is available as an add-on.
Simple scripts and outlines are included in larger packages. Full scriptwriting and storyboarding can be added if needed.
Yes. Let us know where the content will be used, and we will capture both vertical and horizontal formats.
Yes. Every shoot includes professional in-house lighting and audio equipment. Additional equipment rentals may incur extra costs.
Yes. Photography can be added to any package.
Raw footage can be purchased for a $150 delivery fee. Files are provided via cloud link or a physical drive (drive cost additional).
Raw files are stored for 30 days after final delivery. Long-term storage is available for an additional fee.
Yes. As long as the footage is available, additional edits can be created anytime at standard editing rates.
Most packages include 1–3 revisions. Extra revisions are billed at $120 per hour.

A full-day shoot, pre-production planning, interviews or narrative-style filming, professional lighting and audio, a hero brand film, and social-friendly versions if required.

If a shoot runs longer than the included hours:
$200 per hour (solo videographer)
$250 per hour (videographer + assistant)

$350 per half-day (4 hours)

48-hour delivery: +40% of project total

Same-day delivery (if available): +60%
