Travel & Scheduling
Do you travel?+

Yes. Travel within 25 miles of Los Angeles is free. Beyond that, standard mileage or travel fees apply.

Do you travel outside Los Angeles?+

Yes. We serve all of Southern California, the United States, and international locations. Travel outside LA County may require mileage, accommodation or per diem fees.

How far in advance should we book?+

Most clients book 2–4 weeks ahead. For brand stories or larger productions, 4–8 weeks is recommended.

What if the weather is bad on the shoot day?+

We offer one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

What if we need to cancel?+

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your production date. Cancellations within 48 hours of filming may incur additional fees.

Production & Filming
Can we film multiple videos in one day?+

Yes. Many clients batch several videos into one session to maximise value and reduce cost.

Do you help with creative direction?+

Yes. Every project includes a planning call to discuss concepts, shot lists, messaging and visual style. Full creative development is available as an add-on.

Do you provide scripts or storyboards?+

Simple scripts and outlines are included in larger packages. Full scriptwriting and storyboarding can be added if needed.

Can you shoot vertical and horizontal content?+

Yes. Let us know where the content will be used, and we will capture both vertical and horizontal formats.

Do you provide lighting and microphones?+

Yes. Every shoot includes professional in-house lighting and audio equipment. Additional equipment rentals may incur extra costs.

Do you offer photography as well?+

Yes. Photography can be added to any package.

Editing & Deliverables
What if we want the raw footage?+

Raw footage can be purchased for a $150 delivery fee. Files are provided via cloud link or a physical drive (drive cost additional).

How long do you store our footage?+

Raw files are stored for 30 days after final delivery. Long-term storage is available for an additional fee.

Can we request more videos after the shoot?+

Yes. As long as the footage is available, additional edits can be created anytime at standard editing rates.

How many revision rounds are included?+

Most packages include 1–3 revisions. Extra revisions are billed at $120 per hour.

Can we provide our own footage or photos for the edit?+

Yes. We can integrate your assets if the quality suits the project.

Music, Licensing & Extras
Can we bring our own music?+

Yes, as long as you hold the appropriate usage rights or licensing.

Do you work with agencies or offer white-label production?+

Yes. We provide white-label services for agencies, studios and marketing teams.

Do you give discounts for nonprofits or community projects?+

Yes. Please inquire about our community pricing.

Can you help with content strategy or campaign planning?+

Yes. Strategy support, platform guidance and content planning are available as add-on services unless included in your package.

Payment & Billing
Do you offer payment plans?+

Yes. For projects over $1,500, payments can be split into three stages: 50% deposit, 25% mid-project and 25% on delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?+

We accept bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and invoice payments.

What is the Content Package best for?+

The Content Package is designed for quick, focused shoots that deliver a single short-form film. Ideal for individuals, creators, service providers and small businesses.

What is included in the Content Package?+

A two-hour filming session, one edited short-form video, basic creative direction, professional lighting and audio, and access to licensed music.

Can I use the Content Package regularly?+

Yes. You can book it as often as needed. If you require consistent content, the Monthly Content Retainer offers better long-term value.

Brand Story Package
What is the Brand Story Package?+

A premium, one-off production focused on deeper storytelling — ideal for founder stories, brand films and hero videos for websites or campaigns.

What is included in the Brand Story Package?+

A full-day shoot, pre-production planning, interviews or narrative-style filming, professional lighting and audio, a hero brand film, and social-friendly versions if required.

Is the Brand Story Package suitable for small businesses?+

Yes. Many small businesses invest in one strong brand story to anchor their homepage, about page, social channels and advertising.

How long does the Brand Story process take?+

Most brand story projects take 2–4 weeks from planning to final delivery, depending on complexity and revision rounds.

Monthly Content Retainer (Most Popular)
Who is the Monthly Content Retainer for?+

The retainer is designed for brands, creators and businesses that need consistent content throughout the year, especially for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.

What is included in the Monthly Content Retainer?+

A scheduled monthly shoot, a batch of edited videos, creative direction, content planning support and priority booking.

How do the 3-, 6- and 12-month retainers differ?+

All terms include consistent content creation. Longer commitments receive better monthly rates, with the 12-month term offering the strongest overall value.

Can we change the type of content each month?+

Yes. Each month can focus on different themes, such as educational videos, promotional content, testimonials, behind-the-scenes or campaign-specific assets.

Is there a minimum commitment for the retainer?+

Yes. Retainers are available in 3-, 6- or 12-month blocks. This ensures consistency and proper planning for your brand.

$200 per hour (solo videographer)
$250 per hour (videographer + assistant)

$350 per half-day (4 hours)

Rush turnaround fees+

48-hour delivery: +40% of project total
72-hour delivery: +25%
Same-day delivery (if available): +60%

Travel fees+

Free within 25 miles of Los Angeles
$0.65 per mile beyond 25 miles
$150 per travel day (long-distance)
Flights/hotels billed at cost + per diem
